PPRI

Benefits of Membership

Paranormal Phenomena Research & Investigation is a non-profit organization.  Our organization does not have paid positions available.  We are staffed by volunteer members to help serve the general public. We strive to;

I. Investigate all claims of paranormal phenomena and collect the data for the PPRI network for use by researchers and investigators worldwide.

II. Assist any clients in need of advice, parapsychological counseling and help regarding paranormal phenomena.

III. Educate the public on all topics of the paranormal and its potential impact on society.

PPRI graciously accepts eager, intelligent and realistic candidates. A perspective PPRI applicant should be someone who is willing to dedicate their time, effort and resources into the organization so that we can better serve the general public. In the new era that PPRI has entered, the Board of Directors are seeking qualitative not quantitative members. An ideal candidate should also be someone who takes the initiative to write research papers on a topic of the paranormal or seek case files for PPRI to investigate.

If you are serious about becoming a professional researcher / investigator and you feel you meet PPRI's qualifications, please email your biography and resume to ppriinvest@aol.com.  PPRI is a great organization to nurture your parapsychological investigative and research skills.

Membership Guidelines

Paranormal Phenomena Research & Investigation has moved away from membership dues. Since all of our members are volunteers, it was decided that we should offer a free membership package.  The members of PPRI divide the cost of an investigation, piece of equipment, lodging and travel expenses amongst themselves.

Membership Application Process-Applicants must read the Information Package.

-Applicants must fill out the PPRI membership application.  A biography and resume must be submitted.

-PPRI will conduct a background investigation to determine suitability. A member of PPRI has access to the PPRI network which contains personal and confidential client information, case files, research papers, research articles and documents. A member of PPRI must possess honesty, integrity, professionalism, accountability and respect.

-Successful applicants will undergo a suitability and security interview by either the Corporate Director or Deputy Director.

-If an applicant is approved by PPRI's Administration team they will be accepted as a Field Investigator Trainee.  A Field Investigator Trainee may have restricted access to the PPRI network, investigations and research assignments.

-Field Investigator Trainees will be assigned a Field Coach who will be responsible for making sure they complete the Field Investigators Training Course.  The Field Coach will also teach the Trainee how to utilize the equipment in which PPRI uses.  Upon successful completion of the Field Investigator's Training Course and the recommendation of the Field Coach, a promotion of Field Investigator will be bestowed upon the Trainee.
